How fast will I receive my documents?

Instant packs (Singles and Bundles) — complete the Personalisation Studio and your documents are typically in your inbox within minutes. Occasionally automation takes a few extra minutes; if it does, you'll receive an email the moment they're ready.
Consultant-led packs (Premium) — your consultant completes the Personalisation Studio with you during your included consultation call, answering your questions as you go. Your documents are delivered within minutes of the call ending and one round of factual amendments is included within 7 days.
Are your contracts compliant with current UK employment law?
Yes. Every document is drafted around UK employment law, with statutory references and terminology that adapt automatically across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We update our documents whenever the law changes, so you're always working from the current version.
Do you cover zero hours and casual workers?

Are my details private?
Yes. The information you enter in the Personalisation Studio is private and used only to generate your documents. We don't sell or share your data. Everything is encrypted and stored securely and we're registered with the ICO.
Can I get a refund if something's wrong?
As each document is personalised to you, completed personalised documents are non-refundable. If there's an error on our side or a technical issue, contact us straight away and we'll fix it or replace the document at no charge.
